Azerbaijan Mahallesi Project

The Azerbaijan Mahallesi Project in Kahramanmaraş, developed in collaboration between the Government of Azerbaijan and Housing Development Administration of the Republic of Türkiye (TOKİ),

stands out as one of the city’s most remarkable housing projects. Consisting of 1,183 residences and 1,595 commercial units, totaling 2,778 independent sections, the project draws attention with its architectural integrity and aesthetic appearance.

In the project’s façade cladding, HekimBoard Fibercement flat sheets were preferred. The use of two to three different colors on each building gave the structures a lively and dynamic character. In addition to façades, HekimBoard flat sheets were also applied to balcony interiors, eave undersides, and window surrounds, serving as an essential detail that completes the design’s overall harmony.

The 10 mm thick HekimBoard fibercement boards used in the project provide A1 non-combustible performance, ensuring safe, durable, and long-lasting living spaces.
