Optimum 88

Optimum Yatırım has preferred HekimBoard branded natural cement boards of Hekim YAPI A.Ş. which is the autoclave fibercement board producer of Turkey at its Optimum 88 Project.

The project that strengthens its investment with its proximity to Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital creates difference in the region with its architecture. In the project where 4500 m² HekimBoard were implemented on its facade, all facade was coated with a single material without losing the design integrity by benefiting the flexibility of the material. In the application made by using 125x413x2500 mm wood pattern boards and flat boards, the facade was completed in accordance with the design.
